Rinsing System

The process begins with the automatic feeding of empty PET bottles to the rinsing station, where high-pressure air or purified water is used to thoroughly remove dust, particles, and any residual contaminants from inside the bottles, ensuring hygienic safety before filling. The rotary disk is made entirely of SUS304 stainless steel and equipped with imported high-efficiency specialized nozzles that spray water at precise angles, enabling complete cleaning of the bottle interior while conserving water. The bottle clamps and sliding sleeve lifting mechanism use German Igus corrosion-resistant, maintenance-free bearings, and the rinsing section is driven by a gear transmission system mounted on the frame, ensuring an efficient and stable rinsing process.

Filling System

The machine utilizes a smooth gravity-based filling system to ensure highly accurate and consistent fill levels for every bottle, effectively preventing dripping and overflow. The filling nozzles are designed to be contact-free or feature anti-drip functionality, meeting strict sanitary standards. The entire process is intelligently controlled by a PLC, ensuring stable and reliable filling operations.
