Automatic Pet Bottled Carbonated Drinks Filling Plant Production Line
- This carbonated drinks filling machine has washing,filling,capping three functions in one body,total process is automatic.
- Bottles are transferred to 3-in-1 filling machine through poking bottle star-wheel.
- The bottle is hold by neck holding plate after it is in the beverage filling machine.
- The filling valve ascends and descends by the action of cam.
- It applies pressure filling method. When filling valve descends and touches bottle jack, it opens and finishes the filling course, when finished, the filling valve ascends and leaves the bottle while the bottle is transferred into capping machine through transition star-wheel that clamps bottle neck.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are the source factory with 25 years' manufacturing experience in beverage machinery. Located in Jinfeng Town, Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, China.
